Bullying is a behavior that is now rampant in the this area.action bullying especially education environment is causing concern from various circles.since conducted research on bullying first in Europe in 1970, up to now the bullying to the attention of the world of education and the community large.number of bullying cases rise from 67 cases in 2014 to 79 cases in 2015.

Terpetrator brawl also increased from 46 case in 2014 to 103 cases in 2015 (Hazliansya & Qomarria, 2015).

bullying form of an assortment, ranging from ridicule, insult and even hit.third bully forms could become one in an activity, for example ospek.so taht it makes the government take firm action against educational institutions and universities that hold ospek with violence.As Ministry of Research and Technology and Technology that sent circulars ban ospek with violence directed at public and private universities (Kemenristekdikti, 2016).

For victims bully there are some effects felt: make victim vigor decreased, decreased victim confidence and feel most guilty among the other.bullying is a form of negative actions that must be prevented and avoided by all people, especially student’s.and senior roles, teachers or parents indispensable in guiding the juniors that bullying can be avoided.remembering  effects and impact of bullying are harmful both for the victim and the perpetrator need intensive guidance from various circles about the dangers of bullying and always practice the culture of courtesy and respect each others.then  expected activities undertaken protected from physical and mental violence.so as to create students and student mental character more critical and responsible not make them mentally getting down and fall.
